After two years of testing and evaluation, we are now officially releasing our complete Discovery II 2” long travel suspension kit.

Big Blue springs custom configured to offer a soft, compliant and comfortable ride both on the road and off. Designed with the original concept in mind that made Range Rovers famous, we knew that overly stiff suspensions don’t work. A suspension that will flex will keep your tyres on the ground where they provide traction.

A complete bolt-on solution, our DII Long Travel Kit comes complete with four Big Blue springs, four custom configured ProComp ES9000HD shocks that allow for two more inches of articulation, a complete set of Goodridge stainless extended brake lines, and a set of extended rear sway bar links to complete the package. This WinchSafe™ Recovery Strap is 2” wide and 30’ long which should accommodate the bulk of common recoveries. The 2” width allows for use in a Class III receiver hitch if necessary, although plenty strong with a breaking strength of 20,000lbs. With our new H4 wiring harness, you can improve your headlamps 20% absolutely legally. No illegal overpowered bulbs that melt wiring here - just install our H4 Upgrade Harness and your bulbs will now run directly from the battery. By avoiding the current draw through the switch of your Range Rover Classic, Discovery (pre-03) or Defender, your headlamp switch will last longer too. The harness is preassembled and installs easily. Hella relays for reliability and an inline fuse holder for safety. If you use bulbs with higher wattage ratings than the original 55W/65W originals, you should seriously consider this wiring upgrade.
