April, 2009: With Landscape Architect Terry Boyle, TJ Boyle & Associates, winner of a grant from New England Foundation for the Arts to create a public art plan for Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.
February, 2009: Grant from Northfield Saving Bank's Community Giving Program for an interpretive sign for the South Burlington Gateway Project. 
"Winter Walk" is the cover of the Spring, 2009 Hunger Mountain Review.
September, 2008: The South Burlington City Center Gateway Public Art Project, a collaboration with Landscape Architect Terry Boyle, TJ Boyle & Associates. The piece includes glass panels based on Gottsegen's paintings, a gateway tower structure, a public garden/ seating area, and other landscape elements. Link to a page of photos of the piece.

Dan Gottsegen lives and works in rural Vermont and exhibits nationally. His work has always been inspired by the natural environment, sense of place, and our interractions with and interventions in nature.
