Today was busy. MFH took off my old collar and said she would be giving me a new one soon. I was a little worried at first. Having no collar reminds me of being in the shelter and having no home. She told me it was old and she would get me a new one. That made me feel better and I will be ok. I just feel a little naked without it. MFH and FF were out on the front porch this evening doing something with big orange things. I scratched on the door but they wouldn’t let me go out. I watched them through the window. Finally MFH came in and got me. They had lights in the orange things which had an interesting smell. It was very warm out and the air was full of all kinds of different scents. I even saw a leaf go skipping by but I didn’t go chasing after it because MFH was holding me so I wouldn’t be scared. I had a wonderful time sitting outside with MFH and FF. After that we came in the house and now I am going to curl up in a ball on the futon and take a nap. FF wanted me to tell you all that photos of the lighted orange things are on his Root Beer Blog. Not sure why he has photos of them and not me. Anyhow, off to nap I go.
