I actually thought that the Enola Gay article was a real news story. I know that might seem hysterical but it really does reflect on how much news stories seem to be more a stupid joke than real news. For example the news story I saw on Fox tonight about cell phones with cameras in locker rooms. Or if you did not see it the CNN story in early Oct. about GWB's poem to his wife. Seems the original CNN article is gone but lots of blogs are linking to it. This page has the text at the beginning of the CNN article.

I did to. It's funny- over the last 7 or so years it's been an ongoing joke(not really funny but who wants to be mad all the time?) between my father and I regarding newspapers vs. the onion. It seems that the gap between them has narrowed incredibly.
