flurries shoveled. house ok, no change. new tile in
bathrooms, looks good. utility room ok, water
off.
02/15/2011 5:07 PM 12, clear snow depth 20", driveway plowed, shoveled in
front of door. roof ice 6-8" thick. house ok,
no change. did not detect odor. utility room
ok, water off, turned to to test, made a lot
of noise. found outside spigot was on, turned
off.
03/16/2011 12:01 PM 35, cloudy red truck with Florida plates in driveway.
snow depth 20", driveway plowed. house ok,
clean. utility room ok, water off.
04/06/2011 1:00 PM 38, house ok, no change. utility room- water off,
flurries small leak from water line plumbing fitting
right of hot water heater.
05/15/2011 1:49 PM 58, rain house ok, no change. utility room ok, water
off.
06/14/2011 1:15 PM 56, cloudy house ok, no change. back deck leafy. wrinkle
in living room rug. utility room ok,
pressurized water system, noisy water coming
in from well.
07/13/2011 9:04 AM 68, sunny house ok, no change. wrinkles in living room
& hall carpet. thick layer of leaves on back
deck. utility room ok, water dripping from
water well line (air injector fitting), small
puddle on floor.
08/03/2011 12:48 PM 71, sunny house ok, no change. utility room ok, water
off floor damp by hot water heater. noted
bubbled sheetrock tape on down living room
ceiling - could be from sweaty water pipe to
outside spigot.
09/01/2011 1:16 PM 72, cloudy house ok, no change, no storm damage. power
on. utility room ok, floor damp by water
equipment. driveway recently resurfaced,
looks good.
10/03/2011 12:39 PM 58, lt house ok, no change. utility room ok, floor
rain damp by water equipment.
10/13/2011 11:24 AM 52, lt investigated wallpaper behind mid bath mirror
rain (not much). accidentally cracked mirror
tipping it forward.
10/16/2011 10:42 AM 48, cloudy checked out wallpaper/mirror situation.
existing mirror is 60" x 36". mirror in
basment is 37" x 31". did not find wallpaper.
11/06/2011 12:31 PM 48, sunny house ok, no change. utility room ok. enough
wallpaper to do behind mirror in mid bath.
11/10/2011 9:00 AM 56, cloudy there with painter showing wallpaper &
ceiling fix downstairs, took away mirror.
12/07/2011 3:34 PM 38, rain house ok, no change. utility room ok. bulb
out in up hall ceiling light fixture.
