                                   down- occupied, no activity. up- occupied, no
                                   activity.
08/12/2008  1:24 PM    70, cloudy  utility room ok. checked septic tank, water
                                   was not above the top of the lid. black
                                   wetness in back yard. down- appears to be
                                   vacant. up- occupied, no one there.
09/15/2008  9:48 AM    70, windy   utility room ok. no sitework done in
                                   backyard, black area diminishing.  down-
                                   vacant, door open. up- occupied, no one
                                   there.
10/16/2008  10:13 AM   60, rain    Hurley's excavator in driveway. site work
                                   appears complete, temporarily hooded up via
                                   extension cord plugged in downstairs. utility
                                   room ok. down- vacant. up- occupied, no one
                                   there.
11/16/2008  11:36 PM   39,         utility room ok. back roof vent pipe flashing
                       flurries/w  rubber torn. up- ok, no issues. down- tenat
                       ind         just arriving, issue: bath sink drain
                                   plugged, attempted cleaning, drains slow,
                                   pedestal sink, disassembly required, need
                                   plumber for service.
11/20/2008  9:39 AM    19,         went to unplug down bath sink drain, was
                       flurries    working ok.
