05/04/2008 3:27 PM 48, cloudy house occupied, tenant reported no problems,
said they were doing some yard maintenance,
spring cleaning, will be out in a month.
05/18/2008 5:12 PM 52, lt 5 vehicles in parking area. small party going
rain on inside. tenant reported no problems, said
was getting a dumpster to clean the house
out, front door knob broke - they were going
to replace it. daffodils in bloom.
06/02/2008 3:05 PM 76, sunny 2 vehicles, trailer in driveway. entry doors
unlocked. house occupied, no one there. house
very messy, dirty. tenant stuff there,
unchanged. recliner broken. living room wall
near hall sheetrock damaged.

together. sheetrock somewhat patched in
living room, upstairs needs to be painted. up
bedroom door has a hole in it. water system
ok.
