rooms cold. also saw note from tenant about
main bath toilet handle, found it broken,
needs to be replaced.

02/28/2007 3:34 PM 34, sunny Paul there, said down apartment rented in
March. mid- ok, no change. noted carbon
monoxide detector mounted on kitchen wall,
put fireplace grate back in, left now for
tenants. need rail balusters for exterior
decks.
03/01/2007 9:33 PM ** dropped off key for downstairs tenants
checking in. (KVRE gave them outer door key,
not inner door key).
