                                found crawlspace area where pressure tank, old
                                hot water heater reside. mud floor. high water
                                mark from flooding about 2' up on tanks.
                                pressure switch full of mud. tested by
                                separating contacts, sparks flew, eventually
                                pump did kick in, ran until high pressure
                                switched contacts apart. called Excel for
                                service, left note.
