right occupied, tenant reported no problems.
right- ok, clean. washing machine still
broken.
01/06/2011 2:58 PM 26, sunny responded to call from owner RE: low water
pressure. checked left side faucet, found low
water flow. checked crawl space (access
complicated by lots of stuff stored inside
door), water filter ok, water gauge reads 8
psi, pump electrical draw 4.27 amps. heard
trickling in pipes, found right side down
bath toilet running into overflow, adjusted
float, seems ok now. opened well head,
dropped pebbles down, found low water in
well, called Colton for water delivery.
rechecked crawl, water gauge is 15 psi now.
01/13/2011 10:13 AM 20. snow depth 16", driveway plowed, walk
flurries shoveled. left- occupied, tenant preparing to
leave, no reported problems. right- ok, no
change, clean.
01/19/2011 11:20 AM 20, cloudy snow depth 16", driveway plowed, walk not
shoveled (shoveled it). left- ok, clean.
right ok, clean. took apart down bath sink
faucet to remove cartridge. washing machine
still broken. repaired trash box lid with
approx 12 screws. left to get replacement
part.
12:49 PM 20, cloudy replaced sink faucet cartridge, reversed cold
cartridge to stop dribbling. Ken from Excel
in crawl working on water filter.

80, turned down. missing down smoke/carbon
monoxide detector.

showers only last 5 minutes, probably element
problem.

talk to her.

tested left side, pressure ok, some sediment
initially. replaced water filter in crawl
space. right- occupied, found up bath
toiletrunning constantly, adjusted float
valve, ok now. did same adjustment to down
bath toilet. up bath fan no work, took apart,

seems ok. checked crawl space, all water
valves are wide open. some faucets drip a
little. small leak by water tank (pressure
relief valve). plastic trash box is back.
11/27/2011 1:43 PM 43, ptly house ok, no change, recently vacated, before
cloudy cleaners. put left side key back in lockbox
(tenants said they didn't know numbers to get
in).
12/07/2011 3:08 PM 38, rain left- occupied, tenant reported no problems.

12/14/2011 4:20 PM 37, cloudy both sides ok, no change, clean. bulb out in
front flood light over door.

leaking. right- occupied, tenant reported no
problems, said "great house". left- occupied,
no one there, heat on 84, turned down to 74,
food hot on the table, looked, did not see
evidence of water damage.
12/28/2011 11:38 AM 30, snow house occupied, right side tenants reported
no problems, said left side tenants had no
issues.
01/03/2012 3:26 PM 10, sunny glued/screwed/clamped bed frame. chad there
replacing batteries in right side door lock
(was unplugged).

reset.

snow reset auto lock code. glued/screwed up bed
frame.
4:04 PM 18, lt unit occupied. adjusted door latch to close
snow securely.
01/11/2012 4:46 PM 22, cloudy both sides ok, clean. repaired left up bed
frame with sturdier, uglier fix.
01/18/2012 3:49 PM 15, sunny both sides ok, no change, clean. left side
heat was on 70, turned down to 62. right side
was on 54.
01/24/2012 10:32 AM 40, cloudy both sides, ok, before cleaners. right side
entry door latch- spuds broke off inside, not
repairable, needs inside door handle
assembly.
01/26/2012 12:35 PM 34, cloudy both sides ok, cleaners there. took pictures
of broken door handle latch, jury rigged so
it works.
01/27/2012 5:38 PM 32, rain responded to call from tenant. got/spread
sand on walk, left extra for tenants.
