4:08 PM 3, clear removed baseboard trim in bedrooms, cut holes
to access heat pipes. removed some wood
paneling in mudroom, found frozen pipe,
thawed it, purged heat loop. left heat at 73.
left at 6:36pm.

basement was tripped (reset). utility room
ok, boiler burner not working, reset, running
now.
04/29/2011 9:27 AM 46, cloudy responded to call RE: now hot water. house
occupied. found oil burner tripped, reset it,
did run. instructed tenant how to reset
burner if it did it again.

boiler burner tripped, reset, it ran.
05/12/2011 4:39 PM 68, sunny house ok, no change, closed blinds. utility

running constantly, fill valve ball has
broken, shut off. utility room ok. Came back
later & replaced ball, ok now.

reset light was on, pushed reset button, no
response, red light came back on. turned up
thermostat, cut power to boiler, turned back
on, pushed reset buttom, boiler fired up.
seems ok now.

locked bedroom near kitchen (5" diameter mold
spot on ceiling, dampness on carpet just
inside door). utility room ok.
01/03/2012 9:33 AM 17, cloudy house ok, before cleaners. cut open ceiling
in bedroom, found leak from up shower drain,
called Excel for service. checked water
pressure, seems OK, no cartridge in filter
housing. utility room ok. checked report of
smell in mudroom, did not smell it, dead
mouse?

patched sheetrock.
01/10/2012 2:21 PM 32, cloudy house ok. cleaning people there. 2nd coated
sheetrock patch. looked at up bath shower
curtain, seems ok, a bit wobbly. utility room
