hardware broken on some windows. sliding
glass door poor condition- fogged glass,
rollers worn, screen door no work/off,
exterior wood deteriorating. hot tub filled,
running, lukewarm. utility room- no access.

flurries shoveled, trash bin 1/4 full. down- no
access. hot tub filled & running, water
lukewarm. utility room- no access. up-
cleaner there, house ok, fireplace glass door
replaced, hole in wall 6" up from floor top
of stairs, golfball size. up bedroom smoke
detector missing.

lukewarm. up- ok, before cleaners.
02/09/2011 2:24 PM 15, sunny snow depth 24", driveway plowed. trash 1/3
full. shoveled in front of garage door. roof
ice 8-10" thick, icycles through soffit. hot
tub filled & running, water cool, controls
turned all the way down. up- ok, clean.
02/15/2011 4:47 PM 12, clear trash minimal. hot tub filled & running,
water lukewarm, low. uip- ok, before
cleaners. outside doors were unlocked (locked
them).
02/22/2011 8:26 AM 12, sunny trash 60% full. hot tub filled & running,
water level low, temp- hot. up- ok, before
cleaners, bulb out in kitchen ceiling light,
latched most windows, mudroom door was
unlocked (locked now).
02/28/2011 3:20 PM 34, lt 2" new snow since last plow. trash 1/4 full,
rain hot tub filled & running, water hot, level
low, vent fan was running, shut off. up- ok,
semi-clean, door to secret stair unlocked,
ajar.
03/08/2011 2:27 PM 31, sunny snow depth 24", driveway plowed. trash bin
3/4 full. hot tub filled & running, water
warm. house ok, before cleaners. doors were
unlocked.
03/16/2011 11:16 AM 33, trash empty. hot tub filled & running, warm.
drizzle up- occupied, tenant reported no problems
except no internet service.
03/23/2011 10:45 AM 23, ptly 3" new snow, driveway not plowed. trash 1/4
cloudy full. hot tub filled & running, water
lukewarm. up- ok, clean.
