                                   into logs. south side of wood chimney chase

                       showers     very wet, insulation, bottom of floor framing
                                   dripping, standing water on plastic. kitchen
                                   bar area would be 9' wall to wall.

                                   water dispenser were outside (brought
                                   inside).
08/18/2008  7:54 AM    65, cloudy  tore off mudroom with excavator. uncovered
                                   rotted wood in box joists & sill. dug out for
                                   footings, found corrugated drain pipe & some
                                   ground water.  over dug mucky soil & placed
                                   stone.  about 11 AM, concrete contractor
                                   showed & started footings.
