Yemaya: ABC 3623, ICHO pending, dob 5-18-00, deep red chestnut, very curly, out of Anniva M and Mead's Chocolate Chip.  15.1 hands. You can't find a sweeter, better broke ring and trail horse. She has had driving training as a 2 year old. She transitions into all gaits in the ring smoothly and easily- takes the correct lead every time. Trots over cavaletti's and always eager to go out. She is quiet and careful on the trail, crosses bridges and brooks with no hesitation- deep mud not a problem. Yemaya has a very fast walk and comfortable forward trot, rocking horse canter. She will make a great endurance or competitive trail horse prospect as well as a great safe family horse. She stands so still when being mounted- what a dream horse! She can only get better with time! Superb bloodlines- and will make a great broodmare. Both dam and sire are 100% homozygous so far.
Yemaya is a JOY to ride!!

There are still less than 4000  living registered Curly horses in the world! Due to the rarity of these unique and wonderful horses- it will be difficult to find a horse that matches your exact needs of color and/or training level. Most people purchase young stock and raise/train themselves. This may seem like a long wait- but it is a gratifying experience and not impossible with a Curly. They are quick to learn, sensible and responsive; they want to please their owners.

A 50% deposit will hold any horse for 30 days- or in the case of a youngster- until weaning. Abandoned deposit will be forfeited. All the horses for sale are registered with the ABC Registry when eligible, except geldings. Most geldings are eligible for ABC registration- this will be at the choice and expense of buyer. All paperwork will be provided by seller. Horses  will also be registered with the ICHO.

To check out the ICHO, go to   http://www.curlyhorses.org/   For the ABC registry site- click here- www.abcregistry.org
