After eight years of courageously battling cancer, artist Maggie Lake passed away on January 16, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Her life and artwork touched people around the world. For 30 years, Maggie's love and knowledge of plants led her on gathering expeditions throughout Vermont's forests and gardens, and to places as far away as the alpine tundra of Alaska. With these plant specimens she created her one-of-a-kind botanicals.
Her family is considering how to continue to make her artwork available, but while transitioning the business they are closing the online store functionality of this website and cannot accept any orders at this time.
