THE TERRORIST BOMBING OF PAN AM 103.

On the night of December 21, 1988 Pan Am Flight 103, a Boeing 747 was blown from the sky over Lockerbie, Scotland some 30 minutes after departing London for New York.


We assert with good authority that this atrocity occurred by a bomb planted by the Israeli Mossad or one of its agents to discredit Chairman Yassir Arafat's peace initiatave which had just been accepted by the U.S. but which greatly disturbed Israel since the Israeli-Jews wanted no peace or dealing with the PLO or Arafat. They wanted all Palestinians out of Palestine or dead. To bear this out, I will continue with documents.

For many years Mr. Arafat had tried to negotiate peace between the Palestinians and the Israeli Jews but he was rejected by both Israel and the U.S. who both said they would not negotiate with "terrorists." Arafat was the leader of the PLO or Palestinian Liberation Organization which is just what the name states. Since Israel had great military power and is suported by the full assets of the U.S., Arafat was left with 4 choices to attain the Palestinians' God given rights to freedom and justice against Israel's initiative to seize, occupy and control all of Palestine - and more - from the Red Sea to the Litani River in Lebanon - and bayond.

The Palestinians could capitulate and surrender as slaves to Israel. They could flee their homes and lands as hundreds of thousands did when driven out by armed Israeli-Jews. They could stand and fight and die by the hands of Israeli Jews' massive military might and U.S. help. Or they could continue under repressive, brutal occupation and conduct a clandestine terrorist war against Israel, the Jews and Americans for suporting the Israeli occupation and virtual genocide against them.

The PLO chose the latter course as the only viable means to stay alive with a chance of attaining freedom and justice. They made life so miserable and dangerous in their "terrorist" attacks that the Israeli-Jews and their U.S. supporters sought relief - that is - all except a radical religious Jewish element and some extreme "right wing" members of Likud seeking their vision of a "greater Israel" at the expense of the Pallestinians.

In the negotiations with the U.S., Arafat promised to cease attacks against Israeli civilions but would continue to fight against the occupation, confiscation and genicide. The U.S. accepted this in July or August 1988. Immediately after this I began to hear reports stating that Israel was generally unhappy at being forced by the U.S. to accept less than all of Palestine and perhaps have to give up land for peace as per U.N. Proposition 242 to which Israel and the U.S. were obligated.

Also, immediately I began to hear reports from "constituents" and Mid East sources that Israel would commit some terrible act - probably against American civilians - to create outrage and discredit Arafat's promise not to attack civilians and make it look like the PLO did it. Indications to me were it might be an American aircraft during the Christmas season to have the greatest effect. Deductions indicated to me an attack on Pan American Airlines, the "flag carrier" and symbol of American superiority.

In view of this - as an airline pilot in danger of attacks by those oppressed by Israel, I wrote to various departments of the U.S. government concerned with security and international relations. I received not one response from my government! Frustraed and worried, I wrote a long letter of two pages single spaced to the editor of The Airline Pilot, the magazine of my union, The Airline Pilots Association with, a copy to Captain Henry A Duffy, the association's president. In it I stressed the dangers of the U.S. supporting Israel's illegal occupation and genocide of Palestinians and that an embargo brought on by the some 41,000 airline pilots could change U.S. policy.

Among many statements in this long letter I commended Captain Testrake of TWA whose aircraft had been hijacked by "terrorists" and wrote: "We saw him, with a gun at is head, calmly negotiating with the jittery terrorists. His actions represent the epitome of professionalism for an airline pilot under stress." I wrote: "As a group - or individually - we have not spoken to our government which, under our pressure, can do nothing but respond. Should we let a small dedicated group of Zionist sympathizers through AIPAC and the ADL leave every American vulnerable to attack? I think not." I then suggested: "An aroused and angry America can end terrorism."

This letter was so long that in an accompanying shorter letter I suggested the letter be published but that it might be condensed. I also expressed that the magazine might not print it "... for fear of being called 'bigot' or 'anti Semite by the Zionists and their (Jewish) backers." (In the U.S.)

In return, I received the letter printed below dated 7 days later, Sept. 20, 1988 from the Editor-in-Chief, Mr. Esperison Martinez, Jr in which he stated it was too long but also said "...it is too politicized for our use." This letter follows.



We all know and were horrified by the bombing and loss of life as Pan Am exploded and fell through the night sky of December 21, 1988 to fall on the little town of Lockerbie where the debris killed 11 innocent people on the ground and the 159 aboard the plane.

What most people don't know since it was covered up in embarrassment by the U.S. government and to avoid having to explain why the tragedy was a direct result of the flawed U.S. foreign policy in supporting Israeli terrorism was that the U.S. Department of State took off their people aboard 103 in London in the last moment - apparently in response to an urgent message from Moscow warning of a possible bombing. As a result many Syracuse University students stranded without reservations in London quickly filled the abandoned seats and ended up very dead. The majority of these students were Jewish whose families were glad to collect the money and also to deny it was U.S. support of Israeli atrocities which killed their children. Of course, the U.S. Government already were warned by my letters which they ignored. But why believe me who stands alone on this page?


Well, see what that "terrorist" Palestinian freedom fighter said about Pan Am 103 in January 1989.



As a result of the bombing and subsequent investigations, the U.S. declared two Libyans to be the "terrorists" who planted the bomb in the cargo compartment of Panam 103. There was well planted evidence leading to Malta obviously planted by the Israeli's Mossad indicating the two men did it. However, when Libya's president Muammar Qaddafi offered to turn the two men over to the U.N. or the World Court for trial, the U.S. and Britain refused. Instead, they want another manipulated kangaroo court like the one which convicted the alleged WTC bombers.

The U.S. has an embargo against Libya which is only partially effective and which will never stop those who rightfully perceive Israeli-Jews as the malefactor and the source of most of the Mid-East problems - if not in the whole world. We challenge the U.S. Government and the FBI to refute our charges by accepting Libya's offer to try the men in an international court for an international crime - which is where a trial belongs.


After the final investigations, the families of the victims sued Pan Am in court for millions of dollars in reparations and punative damages since it - or the insurance company - had the "deep pockets." In actuality, it was the U.S. Government which was to blame - first for its support of Israel and secondly for not properly disclosing the threat and having the plane grounded and searched. The financial loss along with reduction of people willing to travel in a dangerous "terrorist" environment aboard the symbol of America - and the "ugly imperialist American" - was the last straw which broke Pan Am's back in its struggle to survive in the de-regulated airline industry.

Recently - against predominently American Jewish protest trying to extract the last "pound of flesh" and exact revenge - these American Jewish groups attempted to prevent the name and logo of Pan American Airlines to be used again. They lost in court and Pan American Airlines is now flying domestically out of Miami as a brand new airline We who flew with the old Pan Am Airways in 1938 and Pan Am Airlines when we helped Jews escape from Hitler in 1940 and 1941 wish PAA the greatest success. However, we deeply resent that those ungrateful Jews whom we saved from Hitler and to whom we gave life, hope and a piece of the Holy Land. - not all of it - have betrayed us and America.

We gave them life. We gave them hope - and then the Promised Land. This "Chosen Few" - the perfidious Jew betrayed that helping hand - as long ago - a greedy Jew betrayed the Savior Jesus Christ.

We will dwell further on this subject later and remind you - the betrayed public - along with President Clnton, Atty. General Janet Reno, The Sec. of State, Louis Freeh, director of the FBI and New York FBI Special Agent James Kallstrom that TWA Flight 800 did not explode due to mechanical or electrical problems.
